
As Managing Partner of the firm, Daniel Sopher brings clients over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. While drawing on his extensive background, he takes a personalized approach to planning that helps clients organize and strengthen every area of their financial world. Prior to establishing Sopher Financial Group in 2003, Daniel served as a registered representative with Allmerica Financial Services and Prudential Insurance Company of America. As a fully independent advisor representative with Kestra Advisory Services, LLC, he helps clients define their goals and develop strategies tailored to reach them.
A longtime Registered Financial Consultant (RFC), Daniel also holds his FINRA Series 6 (Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products), 7 (General Securities), 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) & 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law) securities registrations. Having graduated from Villanova University, he frequently lectures on retirement and estate planning, distribution planning, and other financial services throughout New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Actively involved in his community, Daniel also serves on the board of the Lep Foundation, which provides scholarships to disabled and cancer-stricken children.
Outside of the office, he looks forward to spending time with his wife, Beth, and their three children, Lexie, Bobby, and Matty. In his leisure time, Daniel enjoys golfing and skiing.
